Returns

Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference.

However, if your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

What you need to do:
1. Email us at bruno@brunocoach.com within 30 days.
2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
3. Wait for our confirmation — we'll review the case and let you know the next steps.

If the issue is confirmed (damaged or misprinted item), we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund.

⚠️ Do not send items back to the return address on the package without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
