By accessing or using Bruno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Bruno Motivation provides motivational, inspirational, and self-improvement content, including but not limited to:

• motivational messages
• affirmations
• quotes
• daily challenges
• other wellness-oriented materials

The Service may be offered as:

• a standalone mobile or web application
• an embedded mini-application inside third-party platforms (including Apple Mini Apps or other host apps)

The exact features available may vary depending on the version, platform, or region.

3. Access Levels (Free & Premium)

The Service may include both free content and optional paid or premium features.

Free Access

Some features are available at no cost. The amount and type of free content may change over time.

Premium Access / Paid Features

The Service may offer paid features such as:

• expanded access
• unlimited content
• exclusive materials
• enhanced functionality

The exact premium features may vary and may be updated without prior notice.

Pricing

Subscription fees or one-time purchases are displayed at the time of purchase within the Service or host application.

The Service does not guarantee that prices will remain the same over time.

We do not list prices in these Terms so that updates to the Service do not require changes to the Terms.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments for premium features may be processed in one of the following ways:

a) Through the host platform (for example, Apple Mini Apps)

If the Service is used inside an external host application, payments may be handled directly by the host platform using their own commerce system. In such cases:

• billing is managed by the host platform
• refunds, payment methods, and receipts follow the host platform's policies
• auto-renewal options, if applicable, are controlled by the host platform

b) Through App Store / Google Play (for future native apps)

If used as a standalone mobile app, payments may be processed by the user's Apple ID or Google Play account.

In this case:

• subscriptions may auto-renew unless turned off
• charges occur through the app store
• subscription management is handled through the user's store account

c) Through web payments (future)

If payments occur via the web version, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe).

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation methods depend on where the purchase was made:

• Host app → cancellations handled within the host app's settings
• App Store / Google Play → cancellations handled through the user's store account
• Web payments → cancellations handled through the provided web account management system

No refunds are provided for partially used periods unless required by local law or unless explicitly stated by the payment provider.

6. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for users 13 years and older, unless otherwise required by local law.

Users under 18 must use the Service with parental consent where required.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service or interfere with its operation
• reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Service
• reproduce or distribute content without permission
• attempt to bypass usage limits or paid features
• harass or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service—including text, images, illustrations, graphics, ideas, and design—is owned by or licensed to the creator of Bruno.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives of the content without written permission.

14. If You Access the Service Through Apple Mini Apps

When using the Service inside a host application:

• the host platform is not responsible for the content
• the host platform is not required to provide support
• liability for any claims lies solely with the creator of the Service
• intellectual property claims related to the Service are not the responsibility of the host platform
